Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
Position Summary
The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with customers. This person must be able to multi-task and interface with potential customers via the telephone, face to face and email conversations. This position is responsible for all inbound sales inquiries, as well as all outbound selling campaigns to generate new business.
**This is not a telemarketing position**
Essential Responsibilities

- Promote and sell a variety of outdoor products to customers visiting the Design Center as well as telephonically
- Make contact in a residential or commercial environment with potential and existing customers, by phone, mail or email
- Possess the ability to speak with individuals at all levels of a company in a B2B environment
- Provide verbal or written quotes based on information or layouts provided by the customer and outside sales representatives
- Develop and maintain sales leads
- Data entry of all communication activity pertaining to customer accounts
- Plan and organize daily workload and/or sales appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers, visitors, and co-workers
- Become familiar with new product details
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
Additional Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for Outside Sales team
- Prepare quote packages for Outside Sales team prior to appointment
- Responsible for Design Center readiness, cleanliness and promotions
- Be available to work on weekends as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent math skills
- High School Diploma, 2-5 years Sales experience, and possess good mathematical and geographic skills
- Intermediate skill proficiency with CRM Application Software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe applications
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Call center experience a plus
- Bi-Lingual a plus
Required Education
- High School or equivalent
Required Experience
- Customer Service Experience, Microsoft Office and CRM: 2 years
Required License or Certification
- Driver’s License
