Digital Marketing & Technical Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing & Technical Support Specialist is a hybrid position that focuses on basic computer systems troubleshooting and coordination of necessary repairs with appropriate support agency or vendor. Will assist in development, design and deployment of creative projects for print, digital, trade shows and company website. This person will be imaginative, self-motivated and have the ability to operate under pressure. The position encompasses various marketing tasks with an emphasis on website management, SEO deployment, social media and marketing collateral.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide basic troubleshooting for computer equipment problems

• Create trouble tickets for IT agency responsible for equipment/software maintenance and assist with

• Content creation and maintenance of company website

• Update content and manage all company social media sites

• Provide design and editing for internal and external marketing materials

• Use company provided drone and video equipment to plan and execute photoshoots

• Provide photographic and video image management

• Develop, update and maintain Photo Library for general use by company employees

• Design and maintain slides and videos for digital sign

• Organize and schedule distribution of advertising/marketing materials (door hangers, brochures, etc.) to communities, businesses, etc.

• Track and respond to testimonials and incorporate into marketing strategies

• Facilitate product promotions, contests and giveaways

• Maintain internal corporate branding and manage internal communications as needed

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Intermediate skill proficiency with Microsoft Word

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere

• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with direct marketing, social media, display advertising, ad-serving, search engine marketing and email marketing

• Experience with digital advertising platforms – Google Ads/SEO, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, email marketing platforms

• Experience website design programs such as WordPress

• Drone license preferred
