Qualifications

Ability to read and follow directions Skilled at reading and interpreting maps and scale drawings Display good leadership qualities, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Know how to use hand and power tools Capable of using measuring tools and survey site Demonstrate good interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Assist in getting the truck and equipment prepared and loaded to go to the job site Review all job documents to make sure that they are clear and complete Meet with clients to go over layout of job site Make sure that the job site is prepared for installation Correctly locate all property corners Hands-on supervision of the fence installation Train and instruct the crew members in the correct installation process Perform the final inspection of the job site Maintain safety procedures at all times Return all extra materials wrapped Perform vehicle safety inspections weekly Complete job performance evaluations on all crew members in a timely fashion Adheres to all rules and regulations established by the Danielle Fence Mfg. Co. Inc. Employee Handbook

Compensation
