We originally called requesting an estimate as Danielle Fencing installed the back fence of our subdivision. We were lucky enough to have Thom sent our way.  He came to our home and provided detailed information about our fencing options in a informative, funny and personable manner.  Thom gave honest feedback about the other businesses we were considering for the job and did not disrespect them. He simply told us why Danielle Fencing is the best.  We were not put in a high pressure buying situation, which was a big relief.  We felt as though he genuinely cared that we identified and purchased the right fence for our home.  Once Thom left I told my husband we were going with Danielle Fencing and that was it.  We were sold us on the spot, even if Thom did not know it!

We had to obtain approval to install the fence from our HOA and that process took a bit longer than estimated.  We received follow up phone calls to see where we were in obtaining the approval, and liked knowing that we had not been forgotten.

Katherine and Michelle were a pleasure. They ensured that we had all of the "I's dotted and T's crossed".  Our installation time was immediately scheduled upon our deposit and contract being received.  The multiple install selections were  great and we were able to fit it around our needs.  The receptionist was always pleasant every time that we called.  That may not sound like much, but it is nice to hear a cheerful voice on the other end of the line. 

We cannot remember the two installation specialists from today.  However, they were prompt, courteous, careful with our property and extremely efficient. They went over the gate mechanism with my husband and ensured that he was happy with the install.  While I was not home, I did receive pictures as the installation progressed.

We look forward to using Danielle Fencing for our future outdoor design projects.  Your service, product and employees are top notch."

"My name is Christina Carter. I used Danielle back in the early '80's. While still living at Mom & Dad's in Riverview as a young twenty-something, I bought a sliver of land adjacent to my parents. IN THE BEGINNING……..On a weekday morning in early March I took a ride to your Mulberry location to get a rough quote for the removal and replacement for 234 feet of stockade fence for our Lakeland home.  I walked toward the office after parking my truck and I couldn’t help notice a line of trucks loaded with fencing material and what struck in my mind was how neatly loaded they were.  I thought if someone cared enough to load a truck properly and make it look neat then maybe, just maybe they could build a fence with the same caring attitude.  I spoke with Kathy and she explained the different types of materials available, the costs involved and answered all the questions I had.  In a week or so after talking it over with my wife I called the office and told Kathy we were ready for the next phase, a more detailed quote.

ENTER VINCENT…………An appointment was made for someone to come to the house, measure the property and give us a bottom line figure.  A nice young man named Vincent arrived on time and proceeded to take measurements and draw a map that rivaled some of the survey maps the county does.  He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything.  We signed the contract and moved to the next phase.  An install date of April 2 was moved to March 31 per Michelle and we were set.

ENTER ZEF AND CREW……….Shortly before 7:30 on March 31^st, a man named Zef driving a neatly loaded truck and a crew of what turned out to be “the hardest working laborers I’ve seen in quite a while” descended on our property and with little or no fanfare removed the old and put up the new fence making it look effortless.  Zef came to me and double checked on things from time to time which I really appreciated because it virtually eliminated any second guessing.  They were very low key, polite and put up “one hell of a fence” I would and will recommend Danielle Fence to anyone looking for a quality fence.

ALL’S WELL THAT ENDS WELL……..My wife and I would like to thank everyone that played a part in our fence project.  So thanks to Kathy, Vincent, Michelle, Zef and his Crew, the person that loaded the truck and anyone I missed.
